Unopened items may be returned within 1 year (except for Special Sales items, which is 160 days) of purchase for a full refund, less a 20% restocking fee. If you have ordered the wrong product, or if you have bought a new printer and the product you previously bought does not go with your new printer you can exchange the product as long as it is unopened. Only products purchased from us can be returned for a full refund or exchange, and unopened products must be in sellable condition. Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable. If the box has been damaged, opened or any seals broken we are not able to accept this product for an exchange or full refund. Paper, Etc - Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable. Opened paper products are NOT returnable.
Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Cartridges - Name brand cartridges (Apple, Canon, Compaq, Epson, HP (Hewlett Packard), Lexmark, etc.) are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties and normally will only be accepted by most OEM manufacturers for 60 days from date of purchase. If you have a defective item, please contact the manufacturer to verify the manufacturers' warranty. There should be information inside the box on what the customer needs to do to request an exchange from the OEM or you can use the Manuf. Support link on our home page. We do not accept returns of open OEM cartridges.
Compatible Cartridges - Compatible cartridges may be returned within 1 year (except Special Sales items, which is 160 days) of purchase. Please note that all cartridges are weighed for usage and any cartridge returned to us that have more than 5% usage will be pro-rated accordingly. Any returned cartridge that have 5% or less usage will be considered full and you will be given the options of cartridge replaced at no cost, a full purchase price refund, or store credit. With any cartridge that is pro-rated (less than 95% full), you will be given the options of either a pro-rated purchase price refund or store credit. Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable. Any cartridge returned to us that have 90% or more usage will be considered empty and NO credit will be allowed. Greentrees Printer Supplies LLC is not responsible for products sent to us that are past our warranty or not ordered from our company. If we receive products that are not eligible for a refund or replacement, they will be sent to a recycling center. Returned cartridges must be placed in bags and taped shut to prevent toner or ink from leaking into the shipping box. Also package the cartridges with good packing material to prevent shipping damage (NOTE- Cartridges returned broken because of poor packing will NOT receive any credit). SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are nonrefundable, except in the event of a packing error.
REFUNDS
Customers returning items can expect to be refunded in the method in which they paid within 7-15 business days of our receipt of their return.
CARTRIDGE REPLACEMENTS
Since we have found that some people will not return the merchandise once they have received their replacements, we have to have a policy that replacement cartridges will not be shipped, or refunds/credits will not be made, until the products being returned are received by us. If you need your replacements right away we suggest that you ask for a refund and place a new order. Your new order will be processed immediately.
PACKAGING ERRORS
