It's Easy when recycling your Empty OEM Ink and Toner Cartridges at Greentrees Printer Supplies. If you have ANY of the OEM empties listed on the right and they have never been refilled, we will either give you store credit (coupons) or a refund check for the amount that is listed for each of the different cartridge(s) listed on the right. If you are unsure if your cartridge(s) are either OEM or not, please either call us at 1-785-899-3500 Monday-Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm MST or email us at philip.r@greentreesllc.com and we will instruct you on what to look out for. Store coupons never expire and there is no limit to the amount of coupons you can earn. If you choose, a Greentrees Printer Supplies refund check will be mailed to you within 10 days after your cartridges are received. Cartridges must be in good OEM condition (unbroken and not missing any parts). 

NOTE- We will accept any inkjet cartridge (not toner cartridges unless hand delievered), no matter if they are OEM or not, and you are welcome to send them along with your refundable cartridges. We cannot give you any money for them, but we will have them recycled in a safe and environmentally friendly way. If you send in only non refundable inkjet cartridges, we will not refund your shipping cost. But if you include them with your refundable inkjet and/or toner cartridges and your refundable cartridges meet the guide lines below, we will also refund the added shipping cost for these non refundable inkjet cartridges (they must be included in the same shipping box as your refundable cartridges).

We will refund your shipping cost by adding it to either your store coupon or refund check under the following conditions:

TONER CARTRIDGES: We will reimburse published FedEx/UPS GROUND charges based on the weight of the recycled cartridges.  If said cartridges are not eligible for recycle credit you will have an opportunity to make payment arrangements for us to ship them back to you.  We will hold these cartridges for a period of ten (10) days. MINIMUM 4 CARTRIDGES FOR SHIPPING REIMBURSEMENT.  YOU CAN SEND LESS BUT WE WILL ONLY CREDIT YOU FOR THE EMPTIES, NOT THE FREIGHT, IF YOU SEND LESS THAN 4 CARTRIDGES .

INK CARTRIDGES: We will reimburse the published cost of United States Postal Service First Class Mail. (less than one pound) or FedEx/UPS GROUND charges (more than one pound). If said cartridges are not eligible for recycle credit you will have an opportunity to make payment arrangements for us to ship them back to you.  We will hold these cartridges for a period of ten (10) days. MINIMUM 8 CARTRIDGES FOR SHIPPING REIMBURSEMENT.  YOU CAN SEND LESS BUT WE WILL ONLY CREDIT YOU FOR THE EMPTIES, NOT THE FREIGHT, IF YOU SEND LESS THAN 8 CARTRIDGES.

NOTE- If you have more than 20 of any one ink cartridge type or more than 10 of any one toner cartridge type, you must call us at 1-785-899-3500 Mon-Thru 8am - 5pm MST, before you send them in. We are NOT a core wholesaler and are offering this service mainly to customers, schools, goverment, and churches. We will give you a current core price, that we will pay, for these large quantity returns. We offer this service to help keep these cartridges out of LANDFILLS.
